Welcome to the MCH Pixels terms of use, which apply to your use of this site along with anything
contained with in the site. By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below even if you choose not to read them. These Terms of Use apply while and after your membership ends.

~ ACCESS ~

I will provide you with access to the Website in accordance with these Conditions.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
* Fill out the form with complete information, including your real name.
* You must have a completed web site in English.
* MSN sites, Yahoo groups, blogs/journals, Xanga sites, Fotki sites, forums, "snag" groups and sites under construction are not acceptable.
* Your site must be properly linked to other artists and memberships.
* Your must supply me with the URL to all of your websites.
* Your site must be family friendly. This means no hate, porn, racism, etc.
* You must use a unique username and password for this site. It may not be one that you use for any of your other memberships.
* You may not share, sell, or giveaway your username or password to anyone else for any reason. This includes family.
* You agree to be fully responsible for all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by me and arising out of any breach of the terms by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your PC or internet access account.
* You agree to provide a working login and password to any members area you have.
* You agree to place a membership logo linking back to http://www.mch-pixels.com on your website and any site where your offering my graphics for download within one week of joining.
* Once you have entered the members area you may not request a refund for any reason at any time. No exceptions.

~ My RIGHTS ~

* I reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or close MCH-Pixels or any part of it without notice to you.
* I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
* I reserve the right to refuse membership for any reason.
* I reserve the right to request removal of my graphics from any site due to violation of these terms and receive compliance.

~ General Terms Of Use ~

These terms apply for all graphics and templates on this site no matter what category they maybe place under.
* You may not offer any of my graphics for download as is.
* You may not make these into tubes unless you have specifically purchased a tube license.
* You must leave the links intact on websets and any other place I have added them.
* You may not resell your completed results as tubes or templates for others to create with unless you have a tube license.
* You may not take any of my graphics, html, or ideas and claim them as your own.
* You may not hotlink/direct link anything from this site.
* You may print your completed graphics out for personal use only. You may not profit from printables in any way.
* You may not use graphics created from my tutorials, lineart, or bases in dollmakers.
* In the event of my hospitalization, incapacitation, severe illness, an act of God, or any other unforseeable circumstance where I am not able to update, this site may become inactive or close. When possible, membership time will be granted for missed time. In the even of my death, all memberships are null. No refunds will be given.

~ TUTORIAL TERMS OF USE ~

* My tutorials are for your use only. You may not repost, share, or sell them in any way.
* The tutorials will always remain the property of MCH-Pixel/MaryB.
* You may not make outlines from any of my tutorials.
* You may not use my stuff as a pattern to make your own tutorial or line art now or in the future.
* My tutorials are designed to help you learn how to draw your own web graphics. Your results must differ from mine.
* You may not claim them as "100% Original" or "100% Your Own Creation". You may claim them to be "100% Mouse Drawn" but the original design will always be copyrighted to MaryB.
* Nothing with in or on this website can be made into filters, plug-ins, nozzles, etc.
* Dolls created from my lineart or tutorials must be complete before selling them or giving them away. This means they must have hair and complete clothing. Naked bases or underclothes only are not acceptable.
* You may not use, download or copy my samples for any reason.

~ LINE ART TERMS OF USE ~

* You must color in the lineart before selling it or giving it away.
* You can not use my line art as a pattern to make your own line art or tutorials.
* You may not claim these line arts as your own.
* You may not alter them and then claim them as your own.
* You may not place my line art as is on the web or transmit it by any electronic means.

~ DOLL BASE TERMS OF USE ~

* My bases are only for making new dolls this means you must completely dress them with hair and clothing.
* You may not use my dolls as references or inspiration for drawing your own.
* You may not redistribute my naked base.
* You may change the skin tones, eye color, or lip color.
* You may not tube the bases or make in any other kind of filter or plugin
* You must give properly linked base credit to MCH Pixels on the same page that the base is used on.
* You may not use my bases for doll maker.

~ TUBE LICENSE TERMS OF USE ~

* Tube Licenses are only available to current lifetime members.
* You may tube your results from tutorials and lineart found on this site once it is colored and completed.
* You must display your properly linked tube license on any page where you have posted tubes created from my tutorials or lineart.
* You may not sell your tubes to others to resell "as is". This means they may purchase tubes to create only their own sigtags, premades, websets and stationary. They may NOT resell your tubes "as is". Absolutely no exceptions.
* You may not sell your tubes to others for printables. The tubes or gifs must be for web graphics only.
* If you own a joint membership area and wish to create tubes for it from my lineart and/or tutorials, all owners must hold a current membership and tube license.
* Should your membership be revoked, your right to create tubes from my tutorials and lineart is revoked as well.

~ WHAT YOU CAN DO ~

* Create sigtags, premades, websets and stationary from my lineart or tutorials that you have colored in yourself.
* Sell or give away the above mentioned goodies.

You agree that all content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, tutorials and line art or any other content is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights and laws.
